Are you a Facade Package Manager looking for new and exciting construction opportunities?


The JRL Group as a whole business is currently experiencing growth and as such seeks to strengthen within our UK Facades teams.

UK Facades offer a complete facade solution for the residential market, from initial preliminary design to practical site completion, utilising many materials including SFS, glazing, various rain screen systems (including Aluminum, Insulated Render, Zinc, Terracotta, Stone, and Brick), complex feature fascias and copings, and GRC & Precast concrete panels.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Will be directly responsible for the day to day façade construction of the project
  • Managing and being the principal contact for façade trade contractor
  • Producing a program of works and ensuring that it works in unison with brickwork and scaffolding
  • Liaise and work collaboratively with the internal design team
  • Reporting progress to Senior Management and recording progress against a program deadlines
  • Work with the logistics manager to ensure deliveries and lifts are carried out on time
  • Maintain high levels of health & safety throughout the project ensuring work is always carried out in a safe manner
  • Carry out the quality control, testing and inspection plans on all aspects of cladding and façade


Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience as an Externals/Facade Package Manager with a top 50 main contractor or developer
  • Ability to manage large specialist facade packages to circa £10m in value
  • Good client facing and management skills, whilst being adept at delegating and planning
  • Ideally from a Site Management or Site Engineering background
  • Experience in residential or commercial sector, on large scale city centre projects a must.Experience of working on a large residential project
  • Drive and a previous of track record of driving projects forward and working to tight deadlines
  • Ability to plan work in a strategic and methodological manner
  • Experience of checking quality of work
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • CSCS Card, SMSTS & First Aid
  • Experience managing external subcontractors (groundworks, cladding, roofing etc.)
  • Experience as a facade manager on construction projects
  • CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid
