Job Description

The JRL Group is a dynamic & innovative, national construction group constructed of 14+ divisions across civils, build and the built environment allowing us to offer a full turnkey service under one roof and are ever expanding.

Since 1996 we have grown from a business specialising in sub and super structures to a multi-million pound construction group head quartered in North London housing depots in Biggleswade, Elstree, Peterborough & Nottingham.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Raising orders on a software called Coins

· Sourcing parts/ materials from preferred suppliers as well as outsourcing too

· Check deliveries

· Filing invoices

· GRN deliveries & resolving invoice queries

· General office/ ad hoc duties

· Setting up new Suppliers

Desirable Criteria:

· Good telephone manner

· Coins experience preferred but not essential

· Mechanical background

· Knowledge of either purchasing or logistics/ construction

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office environment

· Computer literate e.g. Excel, Microsoft word etc

· Must be physically fit

· Must have a background in Plant Spares & Consumables knowledge
