Job Description

The JRL Group is a dynamic & innovative, national construction group constructed of 14+ divisions across civils, build and the built environment allowing us to offer a full turnkey service under one roof and are ever expanding.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide first line support
  • Take ownership of helpdesk system
  • Take ownership of Wiki page
  • Create and Maintain User Profiles
  • Train New Users on system
  • Produce Training Material including Manuals and Videos
  • Co-Ordinate Meetings
  • Take minutes
  • General administrative tasks as required


Desirable Criteria:

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Strong administrative skills

· Able to multitask, prioritise and work to agreed deadlines

· Good attention to detail

· Proficient with basic Microsoft office products, specifically Excel to intermediate level required

· Familiarity with Sage/Coins useful
