Company:

Our Quality team are looking for a vibrant, switched on Digital Quality System Coordinator to support the team based in Head Office, North London.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Works with the Quality Manager to develop, implement, monitor and manage the company’s electronic Quality Assurance Field View system and the electronic document management system, View Point for projects
  • Interact with various levels of management and staff in introducing, embedding and maintaining the Field View and View Point for Project Systems across all JRLG sites
  • Become expert in the knowledge of the Field View QA system and View Point for Projects, including:
  • Setting up New Projects
  • Calibrations
  • Forms and Workflows
  • Setting up Work Packages
  • Security Groups/Permissions/Distribution Lists
  • Develop training modules for the Field View and View Point for Projects and carry out training at sites as required
  • Offer ongoing support to the managers and site staff in the use of Field View and View Point for Projects
  • Identify process improvements that lead to increased efficiency, cost savings or revenue enhancement opportunities or risk reduction
  • Ability to work independently, with limited direction and guidance
  • Support business with continual improvementAny other duties as required by the Quality Manager to support the development of the Quality Management System

 

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience of site based quality based reporting systems
  • Experience in document management systems
  • Construction Experience
  • Analytical and inquisitive
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with a good attention to detailExcellent IT skills and confident in using range of IT tool
