The design and construction of 365 apartments in ten blocks in the Central Area of Newbury Race Course.
The private and affordable residential apartment blocks includes partitions, doors and all joinery, kitchen and bathroom fit out, electrical services, mechanical services, plumbing, provision for TV, telecom and IT infrastructure whilst the Fit out of common areas - including lifts, partitions and joinery to form corridors and other communal areas, decorations to stairs and corridors, entrance area external works and drainage.
The blocks were constructed in five similar pairs alongside the racecourse and all works stopped on
race days.
