Midgard is responsible for taking over delivery of King’s Cross S2. A
Grade 'A' office building overlooking Lewis Cubitt Park and Handyside Street with approximately 190,000 sq ft net over 10 floors. A typical floor in 20,000 sq ft net and premier retail space is housed at ground level. The building is being designed to meet the BREEAM standard 'Excellent'.
