Located within the Vauxhall, Nine Elms, and Battersea Opportunity Area, the site covers an area of approximately 1.82 hectares.
The development provides 212 residential dwellings including 15% affordable housing. It will also comprise a new two-form entry primary school and nursery facility, commercial uses, new public realm, a small number of accessible car parking spaces and cycle parking facilities.

Key project challenges included: the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of the first section of the new school and residential structures while the existing school remained in occupation; and the logistical challenges of working adjacent to a live railway and the busy Battersea Park Road.
