Ruskin Square
The design and build of a 22-storey tower and a nine-storey ‘plinth’ building which join together sharing
its cores. The scheme provided a total of 161 dwellings, of which 36 affordable/shared ownership tenure with the remainder private, a communal roof garden and a gym.
J.Reddington used precast edged beams and columns on this project. UK Facades Ltd are installed a
innovative brick slip rainscreen system for the integrated façade. This was the first time this system
had been used on a residential building in England.
